Transnational Education (TNE) Mapping Study, image

The British Council has commissioned a feasibility/mapping research study to explore the current Transnational Education (TNE) scenery in Armenia and explore associated opportunities and barriers. This is in response to a rapid TNE growth as a results of drastic increase in demand for tertiary education.

The study will be conducted by Times Higher Education (THE).

The research aims to answer the below five key questions:

  1. What is the scale of the current activity of TNE in Armenia?
  2. What are the barriers and opportunities/enablers/incentives for TNE in Armenia?
  3. What is the detailed regulatory environment for TNE in Armenia?
  4. What are the views of the country stakeholders (university and government representatives) on the current and future prospects for TNE in Armenia?
  5. What are the current lessons learned from the existing TNE activity in Armenia?
