Perceptions from the governmental, non-governmental and private sectors
In late 2015 we conducted research into potential education partnerships in Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo, Kazakhstan, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Ukraine.
The main objectives of the research were to determine, in each country, perceived English language needs, the partnership landscape and the language education funding market. The research included desk research (based on information available from public data, websites of relevant institutions, online educational sources, published reports and surveys, etc.) and in-depth interviews with more than twelve organisations in the governmental, non-governmental and private sectors in each country.
